Our online services enable you to manage your care from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
We offer online access to advice and services via the AskFirst app. AskFirst is a free app which features an interactive symptom checker which triages the patient to the most appropriate onward care service (self-care, NHS111, GP appointment or accident and emergency) within appropriate timescale, effectively helping patients to choose the right service in Southwark.
Patient Participation Group
We meet every 3 months in the surgery’s reception area. For more info about ask at reception or email the group to learn more.
Change of Address
It is very important that we hold a correct address and telephone number for you. If either of these change please notify us. You may change your address on our online form.
Our patients are able to order repeat prescription items online. These items are listed on the right hand side of your repeat prescription slip.
Repeat prescriptions are issued within 2 working days of your request. The GP will contact you if they require any additional information in order to issue your script.
