We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and our staff.
The objective of your PPG
Our voluntary Patient Participation Group’s aim is to improve communication between the Practice and its patients to develop a constructive positive relationship making the Practice more responsive to the community’s needs it serves. Through working together we hope to improve communication between the Practice and patients, contribute to the continuous improvement of services, help patients take more responsibility for their health and provide practical support to implement change. This patient led group reflects the diversity of the surgery’s population. No patients are excluded because of ethnicity, sex, vulnerability, isolation/health or social problems. Lastly, it encourages lively debate and to empower patients to make choices, and to plan for the present and the future.
